PHYSICAL & EMOTIONAL IMPACT
Low testosterone levels, also known as hypogonadism, can cause a range of physical and emotional symptoms in men. Physically, men with low testosterone levels may experience decreased muscle mass and strength, increased body fat, reduced bone density, and decreased energy levels. They may also notice changes in their sexual function, such as reduced libido, erectile dysfunction, and decreased sperm count. Low testosterone levels can also cause hot flashes, night sweats, and difficulty sleeping.
Emotionally, men with low testosterone levels may experience symptoms such as depression, irritability, and difficulty concentrating. They may also have a decreased sense of well-being and self-esteem, and may feel less motivated or productive. These emotional symptoms can further impact their physical health and well-being, as well as their personal and professional relationships.
